Meet the Staff
Diane Aranda
Office Manager
I started at Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio in 2014. Everyday I deal with new patients and existing patients who are undergoing routine check ups or extensive treatments at our office. We have a lot of patients here that have been patients for many years who continue to maintain there oral health through our guidance.
My main task is to ensure the smooth running of the office and to make sure patients understand insurance, co-payments and have the cost of the procedures explained fully prior to their smile transformation. This is a very important aspect of running a dental office and is something that in my experience is often lacking, however, I believe it is something in which we excel at at RHDDS.This means our patients leave with a smile on their face and continue coming back. I am glad to say that we have very happy patients that come through the door and I have witnessed some remarkable success stories of patients who have had their smiles transformed.

Alyssa Lodispoto
Dental Assistant
I am happy to say that I have worked for Dr. Cisternas since 2010, which in the dental industry is a long time. I decided to stay here due to the fact that I am very proud of the way we care for our patients At the end of the day I know that we are treating patients the way we would like to be treated ourselves. I know that I am working at a great dental practice due to the fact that patients keep coming back. I have also witnessed over the years how we start treating a member of a family then it becomes the entire family and then extended family. It all started with one patient and they were so happy they referred many people they knew. My job involves putting the patients at ease before a procedure and making sure that they are comfortable.
I prep the patients before the procedure. This involves knowledge of the teeth and most dental procedures that we perform. I also assist Dr. Cisternas during implant procedures which is always fun, especially when we see the joy in a patient when we place the crown on their implant and they are able to smile again.
We run a great dental office here and I would advise anyone looking for a new dentist to come in and see us, even if it's just for a cleaning or to discuss a cosmetic procedure with Dr. Cisternas. Our advice is always free and without pressure. That is why patients keep coming back!
