Steven Cisternas, D.D.S.

Site Director/General Dentist

When I created Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio my vision was to provide a practice where all specialties were taken care of under one roof. In my opinion, gone are the years of having to send or refer a patient to a periodontist, endodontist, or oral surgeon. If we find a problem that entails the need for another specialist then I just need to bring the specialist to see the patient from another room. No waiting for the patient, no multiple appointments, and no wasting of a patient's time. Our specialists discuss, confer, and agree on an appropriate treatment plan taking into account all our levels of expertise and experience.

What the patient gets is a seamless approach to personalized dental health care that will be hard to find in any other practice. Most patients when they come here realize that this is the way it should have been. We take great pride in the appearance and hygiene of our office and it shows. Patient satisfaction is very important. I am proud to provide my patients with the best in dental technology, treatment options, and patient comfort and satisfaction. The biggest asset to Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio are the staff both dental and support staff. It was very important to choose a highly specialized team that had a reputation and were proficient in what they do. The support staff are outstanding and are well versed in dealing with patient issues and insurance issues. If ever a patient is not satisfied with our work all they have to do is call and speak to me. Whatever it is we make sure it's right.

Dr. Victor Terranova, D.M.D.

Periodontist

Dr. Victor Terranova is a big personality at Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio and has a long and distinguished career in the field of dentistry. His expertise spans four decades in dentistry, having owned his own practice, previously holding a staff position at the National Institutes of Health and Columbia University, and is President of Cytotaxis, Inc. and Chief Scientific Officer for Contran Medical Technologies. Dr. Terranova performs all the oral surgery, implants, extractions. and maxillo-facial surgeries needed at the practice. He holds a dual degree having trained in all major maxillofacial surgical procedures. He has plastic surgery training and oral pathology training. In his spare time, Dr. Terranova enjoys skiing competitively, racing Ferraris, and participating in competitive tennis.

Vincent Circosta, D.D.S.

General Dentist

Vincent Circosta, D.D.S. joined Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio in 2021 Prior to this he completed a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. A native of Staten Island, Dr. Circosta was part of the inaugural class of Touro College of Dental Medicine where he completed his dental training using the most state-of-the-art technology for the digital dentistry era. Dr. Circosta is accepting new patients at Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio.

Bruce Niedle, D.D.S. (Retired)

General Dentist

Bruce Niedle, D.D.S. joined Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio in 2019. Prior to this, he maintained a private practice for over 30 years. Doctor Niedle retired in September of 2021.. Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio will continue to treat Dr. Niedle's patients and continue his legacy.

Anthony Cirillo, D.D.S.

General Dentist

Anthony Cirillo, D.D.S. joined Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio in 2021 Prior to this he completed a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. Originally from long island, Dr. Cirillo graduated from the prestigious New York University. Dr. Cirillo is currently accepting new patients at Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio.
